These Terms govern use of SafeCircle. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
SafeCircle identifies common scam and malicious-link risk signals and provides suggested next steps. Results are informational risk guidance, not a guarantee, financial advice, legal advice, fraud insurance or an emergency service. SafeCircle cannot read every app, detect every scam, directly stop a bank transfer or confirm that any message is safe.
Accounts and family circles
You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Invite only people you trust. Each family member controls permissions on their own device. Do not use SafeCircle to monitor another person without valid consent or legal authority.
Annual subscription
Annual Family Protection is an auto-renewable subscription for up to five family members. The displayed local price, taxes and currency are controlled by Apple or Google. Payment is charged to your store account and renews unless cancelled within the period specified by the store. Refund requests follow the applicable store’s rules. Deleting a SafeCircle account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass subscription controls, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, abuse invitations, scan content without authority, or use SafeCircle to facilitate fraud or harm.
Availability and liability
Mobile operating systems can change what protection is permitted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without a warranty of complete detection or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
