For account, subscription, family-circle or protection help, email support@safe-circle.ai. Include your device type and a short description, but do not send passwords, card numbers or verification codes.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Open your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to view, manage or cancel Annual Family Protection. Deleting the SafeCircle account does not cancel the store subscription.
Android notification protection
Open SafeCircle → Protect and grant Notification Access only if you want supported notification signals checked. You can remove access at any time from Android settings.
iPhone SMS filtering
Enable SafeCircle in the iPhone Messages filtering settings. Apple limits this feature to SMS/MMS from unknown senders. SafeCircle cannot read WhatsApp, private iMessage conversations or notifications from other apps.
Suspected financial loss
Contact the relevant bank or payment provider immediately using a trusted number. SafeCircle is not an emergency service and cannot reverse or stop a transfer.
Delete your account
Open SafeCircle → Account & privacy → Delete account. Contact support if you cannot access the app.
